Vector Presents...
A multi-media dance project exploring the intersections of anger, education, and identity. Prior to the feature-length performance presentation in a converted warehouse, we presented a living installation in a converted blackbox theater in the heart of Durham.
Participants were admitted to a waiting room and confronted with a bombardment of relevant media and an exacting processing officer. After getting their prize-fighting picture taken, they were further subjected to protocols of admission before being allowed to navigate the 2500 sq. ft. main installation space.
This was the 2nd major collaboration of VECTOR, a partnership of Leah Wilks and Jon Haas in conjunction with various artists.
